About Me

Daniel Morales serves as Director of Tenant Advocacy at DAG Law Firm, APC, where he plays a central role in the firm’s tenant-rights practice. Since joining DAG Law Firm, APC, in 2019, Daniel has helped oversee tenant cases from intake through resolution, working closely with the firm’s attorneys and staff. His extensive experience in tenant advocacy, housing conditions, community organizing, and dispute resolution provides the firm with a valuable practical perspective when evaluating and developing tenant cases.

Daniel has more than two decades of experience advocating for tenants and underserved communities throughout Los Angeles. He is the founder and former executive director of Youth Empowered Through Scholastic Sports and Community Service (Y.E.S.S.S.), a community-based organization focused on education, athletics, community service, and neighborhood involvement.

He later served as Executive Director of Collective SPACE, where he spearheaded tenant education, housing advocacy, community organizing, and leadership development programs in the MacArthur Park and Westlake communities. His work included helping residents understand their rights, addressing unsafe housing conditions, and training community members to become effective advocates.

Daniel also served as a mediator with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Dispute Resolution Program. This experience further developed his ability to navigate complex disputes and communicate effectively with individuals facing difficult housing-related issues.

At DAG Law Firm, APC, Daniel draws on this background to help oversee the firm’s tenant advocacy efforts and serve as a key resource on habitability, housing conditions, tenant advocacy, and community relations. His work reflects a longstanding commitment to helping tenants understand their rights and ensuring their concerns are heard.
