About Me

Sandra Valdivieso is an Associate Attorney at DAG Law Firm, APC, where she focuses her practice on tenant habitability matters. She approaches each case with compassion, organization, and careful attention to detail, while working closely with clients throughout the litigation process.

Sandra was drawn to the practice of law by a desire to help people. She finds it especially rewarding to advocate for clients from the beginning of a case through its resolution and to help achieve outcomes that can make a meaningful difference in their lives.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and her Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University. After graduating from law school, Ms. Valdivieso began her legal career with the New York City Law Department, where she gained valuable experience handling legal matters in a demanding public-sector environment.

At DAG Law Firm, Sandra brings a thorough and detail-oriented approach to tenant habitability cases. She is committed to helping tenants navigate the legal process, understand their rights, and pursue relief when unsafe or unhealthy housing conditions affect their homes and families.

Sandra is fluent in Spanish and values being able to communicate directly with Spanish-speaking clients and support them throughout their cases.
